Heaton House Farm is a venue I have filmed at a few times now and whether by luck or by judgement the weddings have always been amazing. On the way to the venue I always try and visualize the day, what it will look like, what I will be required to do and when. I knew I was going to busy, this was an English/Indian fusion wedding which would have 2 ceremonies, (one civil ceremony and one Hindu) Having filmed Hindu weddings in the past I knew that this was going to bring its own set of challenges. I was joined on this wedding by the talented Pixies Pete & Sara from Pixes in the Cellar, I had been a long time admirer of their work and to finally get to work alongside them was an absolute pleasure. This was a very challenging wedding but a very rewarding one too. The love between the Arty & Kirk was obvious to see and the emotion that both families were feeling was something I made a decision on early to concentrate on, especially when it came to the edit.
